I'm looking for information on the uniforms and what possible wars they are from .

there were no names on the back I question if they could be my great grandfather,

and 2 children posed together, I question if they may be my grandfathers 2 first children from him first marriage, Margaret and James Ricketts.

only some have names on the back but there were several children from my grandfathers family, so I don't know who all the women are. just those with names on the back.

I have added a couple more pics to my photos, I do not know the era, or war uniforms, but any help would be greatful.

    Thank you

There is hope that my Cornelius's are related to Whileanna. My In-laws family goes as this Augustus Cornelius b c1822 in Germany/Prussia m Augusta Springbrother 3 Mar 1850 in Peoria county, Ill. They had several children: Henry b 1852; Julius b 1854; John b 1855; William, Anna, Paul Samuel b 1863 (this is my line); Minnie, Fredrick, & Catherine. Paul Samuel married Melvina Bragg and moved to Kansas after 1870 but before 1895 and then to Oklahoma between 1895 & 1900. Paul Samuel committed suicide (family story do not have proof yet) in 1921. Unfortunately I haven't traced more into this line.

My CULP ancestor is Margaret "Peggy" CULP

    m. Jesse PELHAM Feb 16, 1810 Roane Co, TN. There are two different records for them, one is Peggy CULP m. Jesse PELHAM Feb 16, 1810 Roane Co, TN and the other Margaret CULP m. Jesse PELHAM Feb 16, 1810 Roane Co, TN. I have also seen Jesse's last name spelled PELLUM/PULLUM, etc. The spelling now is PELLAM.

They are in or on Crow Creek, Franklin Co, TN by about 1812. Their son Shadrick PELHAM

was b. Feb 22, 1825. They had other children that I could send their names if this sounds like a connection.
