These sites list archaic medical terms that could be listed on a death certificate:

    http://www.genealogy-quest.com/glossaries/diseases1.html
    http://loricase.com/old-medical-terms.html

    Mass Times
This site is intended to find the location of a Catholic Church and times for masses--however--it has contact information and links to the church's website (if it has one). Great for finding a baptismal or marriage certificate.
    http://www.masstimes.org/dotNet/ChurchLookups.aspx
Also, there have been a lot of consolidations in the Catholic Church (with more to come). You may want to contact a local church to see where the records may be now.

USGS-United States Graphic Names Information System
    http://geonames.usgs.gov/pls/gnispublic
A great place to search for names of a feature such as a cemetery and get the GPS coordinates. I use this a lot to find cemeteries in areas I'm not familar with.

Veterans National Gravesite Locator - 1997 to Current
    http://gravelocator.cem.va.gov/j2ee/servlet/NGL_v1
Read the information at the bottom for a full explanation.

Days of the week and months of the year in just about any language
    http://domesticat.net/misc/monthsdays.php
Find out what month and day your ancestor died from the foreign language inscription on their marker.

    Common grave stone motifs

Common symols used on older cemetery markers.
