    Sunday, May 17, 2009, 1:15 PM [General]

    Hi everyone,

I am still looking for information on Henry M. Smith he came to America from Germany in 1870. He is known as one of the leading produce merchants of St. Louis Missouri. His company was called H.M.Smith Produce Company of St. Louis Mo.. He was President of both the American Central Fruit Auction Company and the St. Louis Produce Exchange. I am trying to find out if anyone has heard of the H.M. Produce Company in St. Louis Mo. Apparantly it was a very big Produce company. hope someone can help find more info. on Mr. Smith's Produce company.

Henry M. Smith was married to my GAunt Fredricka Hartmann, her brother was my GGrandfather Gootlieb Heinrich Hartmann.

Henry and Fredricka lived on Bonhomme Road in St. Louis County.
