Bless you for helping Mr. Tom. My aunt doesn't want anything to do with these half-brothers. Her loss. It seems if Mr. Tom's half-sisters were willing to meet him, the younger brother shouldn't have anything to do with it. Hopefully the sisters will come around before it's too late.
