I was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. I've lived in New Mexico for 27 years now. 

Besides genealogy research, I enjoy gardening and music. Listening and dancing that is. I have no musical talent. 

My father's parents were born in Finland. I have been fortunate to have been 'found' by cousins in Finland through postings I have made on various web sights. 

Mom's side of the family has been in America for much longer. I have many brick walls.
